Checking In:
Checking in for your appointment is as easy as clicking your provider’s doxy.me link and entering your name.
- East Tennessee Providers links can be found at https://easttennesseefocuscenter.com/
- Hover over “Telehealth” tab, click “Staff” tab.
- When you are at this page first check-in with either the Upstairs Front Desk or Downstairs Front Desk before logging in with your provider.
- Return to Staff tab, find your provider, and log into their waiting room.
- After you appointment check-out with Upstairs Front Desk or Downstairs Front Desk to schedule your follow-up appointment.
After you check in:
Once you have checked in, you are in your provider’s waiting room! Your provider will be with you shortly to start your call.
During the Call:
Features and settings that are available to you while you are on a call with your provider:
- Video Off/On
- Microphone Off/On
- Call Settings
- End Call
- Chat Box
- Full Screen Option
